In maximising returns for our investors, we invest in small companies with high scalability potential and profit improvement potential, operating in mature industries with fundamental growth alternatevily in new industries with identified strong growth potential.

Theia acquires and develops companies with the objective of delivering attractive returns to our investors. We operate through active interactions with our portfolio companies and their management teams.

Theia´s focus is to invest in companies run by dedicated and professional entrepreneurs who have managed to create a promising market position with at least one paying customer. Theia can provide “competent capital” to enable the next step in a market expansion resulting in high profability and exit. The ideal exit period for Theia is 3-5 years.
